Fox's freshman show Alcatraz concluded it's first season last night with the episode "Tommy Madsen", titled after the season's main "villain". Mysteries were solved (Kinda). Lives were lost (Sorta). Cars were advertised (Definitely).
As with any season finale, the show promised more than what was delivered. We all now Rebecca isn't going to die. We didn't get all of the answers to the Alcatraz 63s. We did however, find out that both the Warden is most likely behind the whole thing and that he too is a 63. The big "shocker" of the episode was Tommy stabbing Rebecca, but I think the most interesting thing about the ending is the fact that Houser now has the scientist behind the disappearances in his hands. If the show doesn't get renew, we may never find out what lies ahead for the characters. Hopefully we'll be back next year to learn more.
